Exclusive to New Year's and Year-End parties, this dish includes sparkling wine. Our specialty is beer chicken, an exquisite dish made by marinating chicken in our original beer for over 36 hours. ☆ It's slowly cooked at a low temperature so the outside is crispy and the inside is juicy. ♪ It goes without saying that it pairs perfectly with beer. ☆ For an additional 1,000 yen, you can add three of Ottotto's original craft beers! *It takes several days to prepare the delicious chicken, so if you are hosting a party of 30 or more people, please let us know at least three days in advance.
