Our popular beer chicken is a masterpiece made by marinating chicken in our original beer for over 36 hours. It is slowly cooked at a low temperature so the outside is crispy and the inside is juicy. It goes without saying that it goes well with beer. For an additional 1,000 yen, you can also add three types of Ottotto's original craft beer! The types of craft beer change depending on the brewing situation, so it's a surprise when you come.

Ottotto's safe and secure steak

Ottotto's steak uses "hormone-free" beef that does not use any hormones that promote growth.It is safe because there is no residual antibiotics.In addition, we are particular about how to bake, and we take a method of grilling thick sliced meat "slowly at low temperature".This is because there is a carcinogenic risk for charring burned at high temperatures (150 degrees or higher).
